Cosy Sunday Reflections & Planning

Hey there! Ready for another round of #PlanningSunday? We're diving into the steps to reflect the week, keeping it chill and breezy.

Journal, But Keep It Casual

Think of your journal as your BFF. Set it up like you're sharing a Sunday coffee chat. Less corporate, more cozy. Remember that journal setup we chatted about last week? Yeah, bring that back. Your pen and journal, have it with you.

Grab Your Favourite Drink

It's not a meeting; it's a hangout! Whether it's a latte, herbal tea, or just water, make it your refreshing partner. So what’s your vibe today? Mine was Dirty Matcha!

Find Your Zen Nook

Seek out a comfy corner where you can be one with your thoughts. No need for a meditation pillow; just find a spot that vibes with you at home or maybe at your favourite coffee shop, like I was today.

Short and Sweet, No Stress

Now, the reflection. We're not writing a novel. It's more like a friendly check-in. Keep it short and sweet to make it a breeze.

“What’s working” and “What’s not working”

Think back on the week. What made you beam, and what made you go, "Hmm, not doing that again"? No filters—just your real feelings and jot it down. Write 3 or maybe just one thing that came up on your mind.

“Do more, Do less”

What’s spark joy for you, dream of it and write it down so that you will do it more. For what that did’t bring value to you and making you less productive last week, perhaps do less of them.

Ease Into The New Week

Now that you’ve got an idea of how last week had went for you, now it’s time to think of what is the new week will look like. Dream it. Plan it. Do it. It doesn’t have to be a long list, it can be just one or two things that would make you a better person. It can be as simple as “I want to have my morning coffee at my patio first thing in the morning!” or “I’m paying those bills this week”.

#PlanningSunday is meant for an easy flow, laid-back moment to reflect and to dream of your ideal life. Happy Planning and Happy Sunday!
