My friend, Andreea posted this question on her reel and that question prompted my thoughts on why do I actually here among other readers, all immersed in the fantasy and dissapearing in books?

I replied to her post “Just craving for more insightful and meaningful conversation. Deep thought of how this world and otherworldly works. Be it reading the paperbacks, new or old, kindle or audio..or even podcasts. As long as it gets brain juice to flow, that is the direction of my attention. “

It’s deeply true how my yearning extends beyond the mere act of reading. What I truly crave are conversations that delve into deep topics, unravelling the intricacies of the world that we claim to be real for holding a certain rules to implicate our our lives. Like muscles, the more I lift up weights at reading, the more my attention span shrinks for trends and societal norms, compelling me to seek substance and depth beyond conditioned narratives designed for us.
