  • Worked with Aegis BPO (MY) Sdn Bhd as a Talent Acquisition to run bulk recruitment to kick-start a customer service team for Celcom Project.

  • As a project representative based in Celcom Tower, Jalan Semarak to support the transition of Vads customer service team (+200 headcounts) to Aegis BPO

  • Responsible as one of support to Celcom Project Talent Acquisition team to build a promising pipeline and increasing hiring conversion rate
