Facing the numbers #taxseason
Ah, tax season in Malaysia! – that time of year when we're all knee-deep in receipts, forms, and calculations.
It's tempting to put off dealing with taxes until the last minute, but I've learned that diving in early and facing the numbers head-on is the way to go.
Just like eating the frog, tackling taxes first thing allows me to get them out of the way and clear my mind for other things.
Sure, it might not be the most glamorous task (it’s the tedious job!), but there's a certain satisfaction that comes with checking it off the list and knowing that it's done for another year.
And that is why I think having a system to manage all the receipts for the claims later, is an essential thing to do!
Plus, getting ahead of the game means avoiding that last-minute scramble and the stress that comes with it.
So here's to rolling up our sleeves, crunching those numbers, and getting through tax season with our sanity intact!
