ORS to the rescue

How this Ramadan has been a real challenge, feeling just like my teenage years when I battled fatigue non-stop. It was like walking in a haze, barely able to keep up.

But here's the kicker: when a family doctor prescribed Oral Rehydration Salt (ORS), it swooped in to save the day, just like it did back in high school. Chugging it down every day felt like my lifeline (spoiler: it totally was). That's basically how I survived high school.

Now, I know what you're thinking. ORS? Isn't that just for dehydration? Well, let me tell you, it's a game-changer for low blood levels too. With its magical mix of electrolytes and hydration goodness, ORS became my saving grace.

The fog came back, I was barely surviving work (good luck to other things I got to do!), so I had to chug it again after 2 decades. Slowly but surely, that fog started to clear bit by bit. My energy levels bounced back today, and suddenly, I was back in action (a little really), cruising through the day.

Here's to ORS, bringing back childhood memories and energy when I needed it most. Who knew a simple solution could make such a huge difference? Cheers to feeling alive again and surviving Ramadan, with just 2 weeks to go.
