Showing up is a decision we made
I show up everyday to read. But I learned that the act of showing up extends beyond reading—it appears in every area of life. Making connection with family, you show up at gathering. Making yourself a living, you show up at work. Making yourself shed some weight, you show up at gym.
It's a decision to be present in conversations, to engage with the challenges, to embrace the joys. It's a commitment to face uncertainties with resilience and celebrate victories with gratitude. Showing up is a journey, a continuous navigation through the narratives of our lives, making decisions that shape the plot and define the character we become.
