A way to access energy
Outcomes are undeniably crucial, but equally vital is the process of leading you towards those outcomes.
Setting a right tone to your day is the key to dismantling motivation blocks whilst having access to energy.
I’ve had my own daily “protocols” for years and it has amplified many aspects of my life.
1) Gratitude & Hugs - What are you grateful for today? For instance, my cake didn’t burn! my cat being in good health.
I log daily gratitude, and I start the day with a hug for my loved ones. Even if they're not with you, a text wishing them a good day spreads positive vibes. Remember, positivity is like a boomerang; what you give to the world comes back to you.
2) Today’s plan - What are 3 things that you plan to do today? For example, declutter my wardrobe, finish reading the book "Before We Say Goodbye," and set up my 2024 bullet journal.
3) Resentments / Fear that I want to let go of - For instance, the fear of posting on my blog.
This can also be something I wish to improve and be better at. Writing it down makes it tangible for me to take action on the solution.
4) Mindset Focus - What can I focus on today? - For example, despite the fear of being judged, remember that what others think of me is none of my business and have courage to show up and write.
5) Make my bed and have a good cup of hot tea or coffee, after!
