What can I do about these anxieties?

“When I see an anxious person, I ask myself, what do they want? For if a person wasn’t wanting something outside of their own control, why would they be stricken by anxiety?” —EPICTETUS, DISCOURSES, 2.13.1

"We started this. We caused all this."

This acknowledgment leads to a personal realization:

"I started this. I caused all this."

Now, understanding the root cause, the next step becomes clearer. Confronting anxiety involves asking a crucial question:

"What can I do about these anxieties?"

Accepting the impossibility of altering the past or controlling external forces, the only path forward is to focus on the present and take action now. It's a journey toward managing anxiety through thoughtful consideration and decisive steps.
