When gratitude relapse

I spent the last two weeks of February exploring the world, immersing myself in nature's beauty, and connecting with new experiences. It was a privilege, but amidst the hustle, negative thoughts crept in, overshadowing my gratitude.

In moments like these, it's crucial to pause, breathe, and rediscover gratitude in the simplicity of life. Returning home, I took time alone to reflect on the abundance of experiences and privileges I encountered. I am deeply grateful for every moment lived.

This serves as a reminder that even in the darkest times, gratitude illuminates the path forward, guiding us to find light within.

No matter what, when your gratitude relapse, just pause and look at your surrounding to find the β€˜light’ within.
